Oracle Oaks Festival Parade Release & Consent Form for April 28, 2012
I hereby agree to hold harmless the Oracle Community Center Board members, Pinal County and any and all representatives of the Oracle Oaks Festival in relation to events of April 28, 2012. Furthermore, I release all liability against the Oracle Community and Board members and Oracle Oaks Festival representatives. These conditions are to include and apply to any and all participants working and/or appearing with and/or for me in the parade.
