- Licenses: Each vendor will be responsible for health regulation licenses.
Proper display of licenses is required. Inspection checks will be made by Pinal County
Environmental Health Department, telephone: 520-866-6864.
All Food vendors will need to obtain a permit to operate a temporary food booth. Applications must be
submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event. There is a $25.00 permit fee that must be submitted
with the permit. Fees can not be paid on-site the day of the event.

- Set-Up: From 7 to 8:30 a.m. Break-down from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

- No Littering: Each vendor must be responsible for the trash around their space.
